PROSPERO Documentation
PROSPERO is a system for quantifying the results of protein characterization experiments, and for using those results and the protein sequence to predict the outcome of crystal growth and diffraction.
PROSPERO includes:
- input modules to convert experimental data into standard formats;
- this web server to accept such data and pass it to the scoring module
- scoring modules to analyze the formatted data and derive a score;
- a prediction module to predict crystal growth and diffraction outcome using those score;
- a database of protein sequence, experimental results and diffraction outcomes into which users may load outcomes along with sequence and experimental results to improve the prediction model.
