Scripts

These scripts are offered as standlone Perl scripts to the general public. They should run on Perl version 5.10.0 and newer and the required modules required by the scripts. For more information, consult Perl.org and your nearest computer support person.

• For Differential Scanning Fluorimetry (T_m): tm_calc.pl source and documentation
  tm_calc.pl is a script that takes as input a text based file e.g. in comma separated value (CSV) format, uses gnuplot to fit Boltzmann tranistions to the fluorescence versus temperature curve, and outputs an XML file containing the input data and model in a standard form. It can also generate summary plots of the data and model, and detailed plots of the steps of the fitting process.
• For Size Exclusion Chromatography: sec_calc.pl source and documentation
  sec_calc.pl takes a text file with the absorbance versus time or volume curve and a text file with documentation of the column run, fits the curve with Gaussian peaks using gnuplot, and outputs an XML file containing the input data and model in a standard form.
