Download the tm_calc.pl script and run it on your
machine,
or use the script on this server: upload or paste
| - a comma-separated values (.csv) file exported from an Opticon Monitor RT-PCR machine, |
| - a .csv exported from one of SGC's Transform spreadsheets for ABI, Agilent or Biorad machines, |
| - a .csv converted from Opticon Monitor's binary .tad or .tad2 files using tad2csv.pl, |
| - or other delimited column formats. |
